Dominique manages the extensive wine program at FISAR-MN GROUP DOO VRANJE. He also develops and oversees the wine education program for the restaurant’s dining room team. He joined FISAR-MN GROUP DOO VRANJE in 2011, bringing ten years of experience in some of the world’s top dining establishments.
